Prepaid Cards

Use a prepaid card when you want to fund a separate card balance for card payments.

Buy a prepaid card

1. Open the Cards tab and select Prepaid.
2. Enter the USD amount to load. Amounts support up to two decimal places.
3. Complete the hosted checkout.
4. Return to Cards when checkout finishes. FluxA confirms the purchase and shows the new card and its balance.

Recharge an existing card

1. Open the prepaid card you want to fund and select Recharge.
2. Enter a USD amount with up to two decimal places.
3. Complete the hosted checkout, then return to Cards for confirmation.

If a checkout is still settling, keep the existing request open and check its status before starting another one. The Cards page keeps the pending purchase or recharge available for you to follow.

Troubleshooting

• Amount rejected: enter a positive USD amount with no more than two decimal places.
• Checkout not yet reflected: return to the Cards tab and allow the pending request to finish settling.
• Card unavailable: refresh the Cards tab and confirm that you are signed in to the wallet that owns the card.
