Terms of Service for End Users

Welcome to the Fluxa platform.
Before accessing or using any services provided by Fluxa, please carefully read and understand these Terms of Service for End Users (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
By using the Fluxa platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Role of Fluxa
1.1 Platform Nature
Fluxa is a technology platform that provides AI Agent technical infrastructure and payment processing support.
1.2 Not a Service Provider
Fluxa does not directly provide AI services or content to end users.
All AI Agent services are independently provided by third-party developers.
1.3 Not a Transaction Party
You form a direct service contract relationship with developers. Fluxa is not the seller, provider, or responsible party in such transactions.
2. Eligibility & Access
2.1 You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2.2 You may not use the platform in any illegal or unauthorized manner.
3. AI Services
3.1 Uncertainty of AI Output
You understand and agree that content generated by AI Agents may:
- Be inaccurate or incomplete
- Contain bias or be misleading
- Have technical errors or unexpected results
3.2 Not Professional Advice
Content provided by AI Agents does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
3.3 Your Own Judgment
You should use AI output based on your own judgment and bear the consequences of such use.
4. Payments & Digital Assets
4.1 Payment Methods
End users pay service fees to developers through blockchain digital assets such as USDC.
4.2 USDC Risk Disclosure
You acknowledge and understand that:
- USDC is a digital asset, not legal tender
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible
- There may be technical, network, or regulatory risks
4.3 Payment is Final
Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the payment is considered successful and irrevocable.
5. Refunds & Disputes
5.1 Refund Responsibility
All refunds, disputes, and after-sales issues are the responsibility of the developer.
5.2 Fluxa Does Not Handle Disputes
Fluxa does not intervene in any disputes between you and developers.
6. User Conduct
You may not:
- Use AI Agents for illegal activities
- Abuse, attack, or interfere with platform systems
- Bypass payment, risk control, or security mechanisms
- Infringe upon the legal rights of third parties
6.5 Prohibited Business Activities
You shall not use the Platform, any Credits, or any services to purchase, facilitate, or support activities related to Prohibited Businesses as defined in our Prohibited Business List. Fluxa reserves the right to restrict or suspend your access, freeze or void associated Credits, and refuse to process further transactions. On-chain transactions are irreversible; platform remedies apply only to Credits balances and service access within the Platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform-related technology, interfaces, and branding are owned by Fluxa.
7.2 The intellectual property of AI Agent content belongs to developers or their legitimate rights holders.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
8.1 Fluxa provides platform services "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
8.2 Fluxa is not liable for:
- The content, accuracy, or legality of AI Agents
- The quality of services provided by developers
- Digital asset prices or blockchain risks
- Any losses arising from the use of AI services
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fluxa's cumulative liability to you exceed the platform service fees actually paid by you for the relevant services (if any).
Fluxa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or profit losses.
10. Termination
10.1 If you violate these Terms or applicable laws, Fluxa has the right to restrict or terminate your access to the platform.
10.2 Fluxa may suspend services at any time for compliance, security, or operational reasons.
11. Privacy
Fluxa will process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Developers are independently responsible for data collected and processed by their AI Agents.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or platform services shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration.
13. Modifications
Fluxa has the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated content.
14. Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Fluxa
- If any provision is invalid, it does not affect the validity of other provisions
- Fluxa's failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver
